Karen brings over 6 years of remote legal experience to The Lacy Employment Law Firm — and the academic credentials to match.
Having supported law firms and legal professionals across the U.S., Australia, and the Philippines, Karen has built a truly well-rounded foundation in paralegal work, legal administration, and client communication. Her international exposure means she’s adaptable, detail-oriented, and fully comfortable working in fast-paced, high-stakes legal environments.
Day-to-day, Karen keeps cases moving — organizing files and legal documents, coordinating process service, assisting with discovery preparation, drafting legal documents for attorney review, managing court filings, and making sure deadlines are never missed. She’s the kind of person attorneys rely on to keep everything running behind the scenes so clients stay informed and cases stay on track.
On the academic side, Karen is currently a third-year Juris Doctor student and consistent Dean’s Lister at Tarlac State University School of Law. She also holds a degree in English Education and completed Accounting for Non-Accountants training at Ateneo de Manila University — a combination that makes her equally sharp with legal language, client communication, and case financials.
For clients, that means working with someone who doesn’t just process paperwork — she understands it.
