Andrew Lacy, Jr., Esq. is the founding attorney of The Lacy Employment Law Firm, which he created to serve people, not corporations. He made a promise in law school to use his education to help individuals, and today he focuses his practice on employment and civil rights cases for employees and other everyday people.
Drawing on experience at a large international “Biglaw” firm, a prestigious federal clerkship, and multiple federal jury trials, Attorney Lacy brings sophisticated advocacy to clients facing workplace injustice. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tara—also a Cornell-trained lawyer—and he jokes that their ongoing debate over who is the better attorney is the only case he’s not sure he can win.
