Jen Elise (“LJ”) Tolpo is the receptionist at The Lacy Employment Law Firm and often the first point of contact for clients. With a background in business administration and extensive experience in client-facing roles, she brings strong organizational and communication skills to the practice and helps ensure that every client’s first interaction with the firm is welcoming and professional.
